      July 4, 1885
      Archibald –
      In this city, on Saturday, June 27, 1885, after a illness of 24 hours, Katie, youngest child of John and Ann Archibald, aged 3 years and 9 months. The deceased was a bright, winsome child, and her sudden demise was a severe shock to her parents, who have the deepest sympathy of all their friends in their affliction. The funeral was conducted by Rev. Fr. Sweibach, at the St. Joseph R. C. church on Monday.

      The spirit of Mrs. Harvey England, of Peshtigo, passed to a better world on the 26 inst. Her funeral occurred here Saturday at 2 o’clock. She leaves a husband and two children, who mourn her loss. The deceased was a woman of sterling qualities and was loved by all who knew here.
